What’s been happening:

December of 09 will mark our 25th wedding anniversary. Our three children are also our best friends; Joseph III a May 2009 graduate of Liberty University, Jennifer a sophomore at Liberty University and Joshua, a high school senior who will be attending Liberty in the Fall. I have had the privilege of staying at home to raise our children, and also run the administrative and marketing side of our consulting/speaking practice. Joe has been in the management consulting field for almost 20 years. He is currently both a consultant and the CEO of Faster Asset Solutions. Faster Assets is a software development and fleet consulting firm founded in 1982. Joe is shepherding them into being an ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan). He has also spoken on leadership and change internationally. He is the author of "Radical Trust, How Today's Great Leaders Convert People to Partners" (2007, Wiley, NY).
